Pengendalian Suhu Terhadap Proses Penetasan Telur Ayam Dengan Kendali Logika Fuzzy Menggunakan IoT Sebagai Monitoring
Abstract
Penetasan adalah proses perkembangan embrio pada telur, dimana tujuannya ialah menghasilkan individu baru. Secara mekanisme penetasan secara buatan dinilai lebih baik karena dapat dilakukan secara terus-menerus tanpa terpengaruh kondisi cuaca, karena ditempatkan pada ruangan dan memiliki komponen pengontrol di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kendali otomatis berupa fuzzy dan sistem iot sebagai monitoring. Sensor yang digunakan adalah DS18B20 sebagai sensor untuk mendeteksi suhu yang kemudian diolah fuzzy dengan menetapkan nilai suhu ideal 38°C dengan memanfaatkan pwm kecerahan lampu sebagai outputnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan, sistem fuzzy memiliki keberhasilan 100% dengan pembanding diantaranya yaitu perhitungan manual, menggunakan labview dan menggunakan arduino IDE. Sedangkan untuk IoT kecepatan mengirim data antara LCD dan website adalah 5.25 seconds. Hal ini dipengaruhi dari koneksi internet yang digunakan.
