Desain Sistem Akuisisi Data Sensor Tekanan pada Kit Pressure Plant menggunakan OPC, SCADA dan PLC CP1H
Abstract
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk pengawasan, pengendalian, dan pengumpulan data suatu proses industri. Sistem ini telah banyak digunakan di berbagai industri. Seiring dengan berkembangnya otomasi industri muncul kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan modul praktikum bagi mahasiswa program studi instrumentasi di Politeknik Negeri Batam. Salah satu dari modul tersebut adalah CE101 Pressure Measurement and Control Plant dengan pengembangan berupa penambahan sistem akuisisi data berbasis PLC CP1H, tampilan antarmuka menggunakan aplikasi SCADA Indusoft Web Studio dan penggunaan OPC untuk sistem komunikasi. PLC CP1H tipe XA40DR-A dipilih karena memiliki port AD/DA yang dapat digunakan sebagai input dan output bagi sensor analog. Dari hasil pengujian terlihat kedua pressure transmitter yang digunakan memiliki karakteristik linier sesuai dengan spesifikasi perangkatnya. Hasil pengujian sistem akuisisi data, hasil pengukuran menunjukkan nilai persamaan sensor kapasitansi : Y = 1.24X – 0.33 dan ektensimetrik : Y = 0.79X – 0.51 pada pengukuran tegangan berdasarkan nilai tekanan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan tampilan antar muka SCADA di indusoft web studio yang dapat menampilkan nilai sensor dalam satuan bar. Walaupun demikian error yang diperoleh masih cukup besar berkisar antara 11% sampai dengan 13%. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya jumlah data yang diambil untuk membentuk persamaan regresi.
